Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch all items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. Please note that during peak periods (ie in the run up to Christmas) dispatch may be delayed, however your order will be dispatched within 5 working days.

We ship our products with Royal Mail tracked 48. Royal Mail Tracked 48 takes around 2-3 working days once despatched. £3.95 or free when you spend over £50. Large or heavier orders (generally orders over £50 in value or 2kg in weight) will be dispatched via a courier service. This will be a tracked service and tracking information will be made available to you after your order has been dispatched by us.

Prices quoted are for UK mainland addresses. Delivery to parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight may incur an additional postage cost to the customer. We will contact you if there will be an extra cost on your order.

We do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order, please email us at [email protected] and we will try to resolve the issue.

Copper Bridge Soap and Body has no control and will not be held liable for the length of time goods take to be received when posted or if postage goes missing.

Copper Bridge Soap and Body will not be held responsible or liable for the condition the goods arrive. Every care and consideration will be taken to ensure that goods are packaged appropriately but when in carriage by the courier any damage queries should be directed to the specific courier.

Postage prices are set by the courier exclusively and not by Copper Bridge Soap and Body and will be calculated upon checkout to final price.

When goods are purchased by the buyer, Copper Bridge Soap and body will be posted within 2-3 working days of the order and an email with the tracking reference will be provided to the email address the buyer has provided. (Subject to delays out of Copper Bridge Soap and Body control)

The buyer will have full responsibility for providing the correct delivery address and details. If an incorrect delivery address is provided, Copper Bridge Soap and Body will strive to solve this issue but the buyer needs to make Copper Bridge Soap and Body aware as soon as the purchase has taken place.
